  Hi, my name is Bob Crocetta.  I developed this product to better serve the manufactured housing industry.  In 1970, my brother Pat and I purchased a Mobile Home Community.  At the time of purchase, this community needed a new water distribution system with vertical riser lines to each home.  We spent time looking for a device that would replace the traditional way homes were hooked up to water.  We knew that the old method of using a 55 gal. Barrel as a housing for the pipe, then wrapping it with a heating cable and some insulation, had to go.  

   Over the years, our maintenance experience showed us what was needed to build a device that has the features necessary to meet the needs of the manufactured housing industry.  Our unit is easy to install, and all of the necessary fittings are available.
